DX35TICKET is a platform which mediates the buying and selling of tickets online. By using the service on our website, you are agreeing to abide by the rules set out on our terms and conditions. Tickets are to be treated with the utmost sense of security. Where a ticket is duplicated in any form or by any means, the first ticket ( be it the original or the duplicated) to be scanned at the event will be regarded for all purposes as the original ticket for such event. This bars the re-usage of such ticket (whether the original or copy) for the purpose of entrance and for all other purposes. Conditions of Ticket Sale. DX35TICKET do not host or produce any of the events detailed and listed on its site and for which you might want to buy a ticket. We neither control the event nor do we set prices, we may charge a booking fee, the price of which may be set by the promoter or the organizer of individual event. DX35TICKET is not liable for any ticket that is lost or destroyed from where it is stored. However, the event manager in the instance of loss or destruction may be reached out to for possible solutions. Buyers are to provide us with a correct email address and to contact us if no email is received for order confirmation. It is your responsibility to check your order/tickets are correct and contact us immediately if there is a mistake. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Tickets are nonrefundable in any circumstances other than cancellation of the event in which case the full value of the ticket less any booking fees will be refunded. The Rules and Regulations of the venue, by event organizer or on our website which this ticket was purchased from must be adhered to. Entrance into an event is strictly by the production of a valid ticket. Altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate your ticket. In this case DX35TICKET will not be liable to issue you another ticket. Event Owner reserves the right to provide alternative seats of the same price range to those specified on your ticket where it is not possible to allow you to occupy the specific seat printed on your ticket. Subject to negotiations and individual event, 5% charges per ticket price will be deducted on ticket sold for any event. It is the event manager responsibility to establish whether an event has been cancelled as well as the date and time of any rearranged event. Any such communication to us will be promptly disseminated to the bookers. An order is deemed confirmed once you have received online confirmation and an order confirmation email. Any technical issue will be communicated to you and resolved by our team. Event organizeres are responsible for the guidelines and conduct of their event, which must be adhered to. In order to ensure the security, safety and comfort of all patrons, the organizers reserve the right at reasonable discretion to refuse admission to or to eject you from the venue without compensation or refund. Any queries regarding the terms and conditions of sale should be raised or mail to the appropriate channel. Ticket pricing is subject to change at any time without notice and is only fixed at the time of booking. Discounts/offers cannot be applied retrospectively. You are advised to check if the venue has a last entry time. Even ticket holders may not be admitted after this time. We are under no obligation to refund money for tickets if management alters or varies the program due to events or circumstances beyond its control. All our terms and conditions are governed by the law. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will make your ticket and transaction void. We may modify these Terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on this Site. Your continued access or use of this Site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms applicable from time to time.
